All your customer billing is also associated giving you a real profit & loss on a job. Run Job Cost standalone or add: Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, Payroll and Accounts Receivable automatically connect to the job to reflect your costs and billing activity.

Prevailing Wage - * The Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination contains wage determinations made by the U.S. Department of Labor under the mandate of the Davis Bacon Act and related legislation. The Department determines prevailing wage rates for construction-related occupations in most counties in the United States. All Federal Government construction contracts and most contracts for federally assisted construction over $2,000 must contain Davis Bacon Act wage determinations.

AIA Billing - is a standardized method of construction percentage of completion contract billing developed by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) by which the contractor can apply for payment due and the architect can certify that the payment is due.

AIA Contract Documents - comprise over 100 forms and contracts that define relationships and terms involved in design and construction projects. Prepared by the AIA with the consensus of owners, contractors, attorneys, architects, engineers, and others, the documents have been finely tuned during their 115 year history. As a result, these comprehensive contracts and forms are now widely recognized as the industry standard.

AIA Documents are Copyrighted and should be used whenever required. Our program does not produce those documents, but does an excellent job of completing them. You need to insert their document in the printer, click print in our program and it will fill in the blanks.
