Prevailing Wage
- * The Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination contains wage
determinations made by the U.S. Department of Labor under the mandate of the
Davis Bacon Act and related legislation. The Department determines prevailing
wage rates for construction-related occupations in most counties in the United
States. All Federal Government construction contracts and most contracts for
federally assisted construction over $2,000 must contain Davis Bacon Act wage
determinations.
AIA Billing
- is a standardized method of construction percentage of
completion contract billing developed by the American Institute of
Architects (AIA) by which the contractor can apply for payment due and
the architect can certify that the payment is due.
AIA Contract Documents
- comprise over 100 forms and contracts that define relationships and terms
involved in design and construction projects. Prepared by the AIA with the
consensus of owners, contractors, attorneys, architects, engineers, and others,
the documents have been finely tuned during their 115 year history. As a result,
these comprehensive contracts and forms are now widely recognized as the
industry standard.

not supply copies of AIA forms, use Our CAP software to assist you
in completing them.
