| Setting up your Bid with Bid Track | |

Setting up your Bid Track software is easy. With our software you can pull the customers information from the system to any project. Specify your dates and job specific information right on this screen. Enter any Bond information you may have on this Bid. Use the spaces on the screen to keep track of all the dates, opening date and time, return date for plans, Job Start. Also keep track of any deposits, refundable or nonrefundable.
Go back at any time and adjust any of the information about your bid from this screen. |

| Setting up your Bid Status is just as easy. You can insert as many different status's as you need. Change your Bids from on status to another simply by clicking a button. | |
| Bid Track - Contract Values and Bid Expenses | |

Keep track of all your expenses and your Contract Values. Enter as many lines for both your Contract values and your Bid expenses as you need for every bid project.
With Bid Track by PEM you have no limits. When entering your Bid Expenses you can setup Cost Categories to cost out each expense to. This helps you to cost our your job if you are using our Job Costing software as well. Enter the Date and the amount for each expense as well as add any comments about each particular expense being entered. The Categories can be setup and used as needed. There are also no limits to the number of categories you can setup in our software. As you enter in all your expenses the system will total them up and display your expense total on the Expense screen. |

| Similarly you can enter all your Bid Values just like your Bid Expenses. The Bid Values are broken out into Contract Values and their Costing Breakouts. You enter in your Contract Values first and then enter each Costing | |

Breakout for those values. When you are entering in your Costing Breakouts the Bid Track software will add those dollar amounts to give you the amount of each of your Contract Lines.
Typing in your Contract Lines is easy the only information you have to enter is a brief description and any Bid markup percentage you have. All your values will come from the Costing Breakouts that you enter. When you start entering your Costing Breakouts this is where the Costing Category's will come into play. You will select the costing categories each breakout belongs to. You can also setup a default markup percentage for each costing category. As you add each category to a |
| breakout you can also override that default percentage and enter a new percentage for each Costing Category. As you enter in each Costing Breakout the system will add and update your bidding information at the top of the window. | |
