included at no charge to the user. Just call our support number:
919-639-7025. We are happy to take your calls during our standard
business hours. Our support is available 8am to 5 pm Eastern US Time. If
you need help after hours, please leave a message on our voice mail and
we will call you back. Our staff periodically checks messages in the off
hours. If don't leave a message you will not get a call. |

| Training is
provided for any of our accounting modules. There is no charge for
training. Please call our office to schedule training. Once an
appointment is scheduled, a staff member is assigned to your account.
The staff member assigned will call you at the designated time. We
usually work in one hour increments at your pace. Getting you started
one step at a time so you are comfortable with the software. If you need
one session or 10, there is still no charge. Working with you to get the
most out of the software is our only goal. |
