Training and Support
 
Support:
is included at no charge to the user.
    Just call our support number: 919-639-7025. We are happy to take your calls during our standard business hours. Our support is available 8am to 5 pm Eastern US Time. If you need help after hours, please leave a message on our voice mail and we will call you back. Our staff periodically checks messages in the off hours. If you don't leave a message, we can't call you back.
 
Training:
Available for any of our accounting modules.

How it Works:
    Please call our office to schedule training. Once an appointment is scheduled, a staff member is assigned to your account. The staff member assigned will call you at the designated time. We assign training in one hour increments, at your pace. Getting you started one step at a time so you are comfortable with the software. If you need one session or 10, it's up to you.
 
Scheduling and Fees for Training:
PEM's current training rate is $60 per hour.
Training Sessions are available between 8am to 4pm eastern US time. Exceptions are available for customers unavailable during those hours.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is recommended to schedule a Training Session.
The sessions are scheduled in 1 hour increments, up to 3 hours per session.
A credit card must be provided in advance.
The Credit Card provided is billed for the time you have scheduled prior to the session starting.
If you must Cancel a Training Session, please notify PEM no later than 3 hours before the session is to begin.
PEM assigns time usage in fifteen minute intervals.
When the session is over, any unused time is credited to your credit card.
* Unused Time during a session: PEM assess time in 15 minute increments. For example: If you have purchased a one hour session and the session ends at 40 minutes, the assessed time is 45 minutes. At the current rate of $60 per hour, the credit card would be credited $15.
