The Software started out
with a single customer replacing their Timberline Software System. We
worked at the customer with our computers in tow. Our Software did all
that Timberline did but in a much easier and direct manner. That was
1989 and the original customer is still our best salesperson! We have
continued the evolution of the software sine then, incorporating new
technologies and expanding the software every day. We still believe that
our customer has the knowledge of how things need to be and we listen
carefully. When you get our software someone will answer the phone and
you'll swear they work for you. We are software developers and enjoy

Unless
you are a brand new company starting out, it's a big deal switching
systems. You can hear all the promises and download demo programs, but
you're still not sure. We market The CAP©,
our AIA billing program, people usually start out with that and
recognize we're a lot different than the other guys. Our
programs are loaded with little features that make doing the job
easier. If you like Icons and having to remember little pictures
then our programs are not for you. The buttons on our windows
tell you what they do. The features you need are available when
you need them. Say you're adding a job, you need to assign a
customer to it, right next to the customer account number is
button to setup the customer you need. The whole system is like
that.
Then there's our need for knowledge. When you get a business
system we want to train you on how to use it. There is a manual
shipped with our program on the CD, but the way we make
improvements to our program is by training you finding out what
else you might like the program to do. You then get what you
want and we keep getting a better product. It's amazing that
after 18 years there's still more we can do.
The integrated system with a building block approach. Start
with any program and add
others when you need them. The programs all recognize when new features have
been installed and automatically connect.
Our left hand knows what the right hand is
doing. Our program development has provided you with a tool, not just a way to
make your accountant happy. You can use the information to track expense and
