Incorporated 1989 |
| The Company was originally
established in 1986. PEM software Systems, Ltd. was incorporated in 1989
located in Connecticut. Then in 2005, seeking a much warmer climate, we
moved and incorporated in North Carolina as PEM Software Systems, Inc. |
| The principals of the
Company worked their way up through computer industry working on
developing new software for mainframes. When the Personal Computer
market started in the early 1980's they started to make the move. First
it was DOS based computers then Windows became available. Through it all
they loved to work the users and develop software based on the users
needs. |
| Working for large
companies in the early years before PEM Software, we achieved real
success. But today working with small companies and hearing the
satisfaction and gratitude from the users and business owners far
exceeds our expectations. We are one the very few software companies
that will refund your purchase if you are dissatisfied. Even with
this policy our percentage of refunds is less than 1/10th of 1 percent.
With all the competition in our market we are very proud of that number.
You can't please everyone, but to be at almost 100% is truly an
achievement. |

capability and that's why there's no charge for support. We want you to
call, experience is everything, without you're calls we would lose the
contact and that's important to us. |
