This will show you all Invoices and Payments that have been applied to this customers account. You will also see any Voids or Credits. There are places to enter Notes on each invoice. With PEM's Accounts Receivables you are free to select the type of invoice you need as you are creating it. We have several different options to choose from within the system. We have invoices for Labor and Materials, Stock# Billings, Times and Materials and more. Along with all these different types we have the Standard Contract invoice most people are used to seeing or using.
And the great thing is with our software you are not locked into only one type of invoice you are free to select what you want when you want it. We also include samples of each invoice. These samples are included to show the user what each type of invoice looks like and what information is contained on each. all theses reports can be run for a specified date range, as well as you can easily pick and choose which Customers you want to include in the report. There are options to choose from such as how you want each customers information to print, either Summary or Detail. When the user chooses Summary, the system will only show the totals for that customer. Versus when the users chooses Detail, the system will show each transaction for each customer.
