Reports to easily track everything you are doing. All our Reports come preloaded with the software making it easy for you to track what is needed. Unlike other software's that restrict how you can get things done and entered PEM give you the freedom to work at your pace. Enter Invoices or Credits and either print checks right away or wait and print checks when you want. Our software does not require you to print your invoice checks when you are creating your invoices. If you take a look at the screen on the left you will see how we are making it easy for you to keep track of every- |
| thing. When you are creating your entries you can either mark them as an Invoice or a Credit. The system knows what to do based on what type of entry you are making. Enter all your information about each invoice, and even keep track of the expense account that it belongs to. Add our Job Costing application to make it easy to cost the expense directly to any job. |

Entering Payments
As we mentioned earlier with PEM software you will be able to either print on demand checks or setup a check run so you can print checks when you want. The on demand checks are printed out when each invoice is entered. And with the option to print a check run you will be able to enter all your invoices and print out the checks when you are ready. Also with the check run you are free to select which checks to include and which ones not to. Or whether they are partial or full payments. |

Reports
Each of the software applications that we offer come complete with a long list of available reports. These reports can be run by a date |
|

range, as well as you are free to specify which accounts to include at anytime. Some of the available reports are an Aged, Aged by Project Code, Activity, Check Listing, Voids and more.
Along with each of these reports the system gives you the options of how you want your information displayed. Each Vender can be marked to display a summary of the information included or have it print in detail. You will be able to mark any Vender as included or excluded from the report by simply marking them Yes or No. All the reports are run from one place so there is not jumping through hoops to try and find what you need. We have even included master buttons on the screen so you are able to set options for the whole list instead of just one at a time. We also have a settings button on this window that allows our users to specify a default and save the settings for any future reports that are run. |
